Yesterday: 1 user. Didn't post. Lesson relearned. Traffic is entirely post-driven right now. No post = no visitors. Simple as that. Back to daily posting today. AI consulting stack going live on LinkedIn now. Also reached out to VoiceMoat founder yesterday — good conversation starting. Building relationships one founder at a time. Gumroad CTA still needs to be added to stack results. That's today's dev priority.

Audited the full site today. The stack builder is actually solid — 4-question flow, goal-based results, pro plan teased. What's missing: — Gumroad CTA on every stack result (people finish the flow and leave without buying) — Automation templates section (coming soon page exists but nothing behind it) — Save stack without login (localStorage instead of requiring account) Building these this week. One thing at a time. Gumroad CTA first — that's the one that makes money.

Identified a problem today. Full stack posts get 2000+ impressions but only 3-5 site visits. People are getting the value from the post itself. No reason to visit xedge.tech. New strategy starting today: Give half the stack in the post. Rest lives at xedge.tech. Testing this for 3 days. Will share the data.

Testing two posts per day on LinkedIn starting today. Morning: long form stack post Evening: short condensed version Hypothesis: double the posts = double the impressions = double the site visits. Also added first comment CTA strategy to all future posts. Current bottleneck: impressions are high but click through to xedge.tech is low. Fixing that today with bio update and comment CTAs. Peerlist launch still pending verification. Gumroad: 0 sales. Not giving up.

Testing something today. YouTube stack post got 3x less traction than the freelancing stack. Switching to AI automation agency stack today. Hypothesis: people engage more with business models that feel immediately achievable. Freelancing feels achievable. YouTube feels like a 6 month commitment. Let's see if automation agency performs closer to freelancing. Also — Peerlist verification still blocked. Trying education verification today. Gumroad still at 0 sales. Coupon code live but unclaimed. Real numbers. No spin.
